Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Florian O. Photography. We are committed to delivering museum-grade artwork to your doorstep with the utmost care.

1. Production & Processing Time

Every print and frame is handcrafted to order.

Production: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for printing, framing, and quality inspection.

Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your artwork has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We partner with world-class fulfillment studios to ensure the highest quality:

Fulfillment Partners: Depending on your location and choice of finish, orders are fulfilled by Simply Framed (USA) or WhiteWall (Europe).

Carriers: We primarily use FedEx International Economy and premium courier services.

Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping & Customs (DDU)

We ship worldwide. However, please be aware that for all orders shipped outside of the origin country (specifically orders coming from the USA to Switzerland or the EU):

Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): All international orders are shipped DDU.

Responsibility: The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Collection: The carrier (FedEx) will contact you directly to collect these fees before or upon delivery.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes

Due to the size and value of our framed artworks, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address is required for all deliveries to ensure a secure hand-off.

Damages During Transit

We use specialized, gallery-grade packaging to protect your art. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

Take photos of the exterior packaging before opening.

Inspect the artwork and take photos of any damage to the frame or print.

Contact us at contact@florianoreiller.com within 48 hours so we can initiate a claim and organize a replacement.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
