Return & Refund Policy
At Florian O. Photography, we take immense pride in the quality of our handcrafted framed prints. Because each piece is custom-made to order, our return policy is specifically tailored to the nature of fine art photography.
Damages and Issues
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at contact@florianoreiller.com within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage (including the packaging).
We will evaluate the issue and, if a defect or damage is confirmed, we will replace your artwork at no additional cost.
Custom-Made Products & Final Sale
Please note that all our framed prints are considered custom products (special orders). Under Swiss and international e-commerce regulations for personalized goods, these items are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to a "change of heart" or buyer's remorse.
We encourage you to review your choice and frame dimensions carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
Given the limited nature of our editions (10 prints per work) and the custom framing process, we do not offer standard exchanges. If your item arrived damaged, please refer to the "Damages and Issues" section above.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the rare event that a replacement for a damaged item is unavailable. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
